Sales and Administrative Assistant in the US

Sales and Administrative Assistant

Mission

In collaboration with the US Director, you are the main contact person for our clients and consumers. You will assist our sales force in the USA and Canada:

 

- Assist the Key Account Managers in their daily tasks

- Create and manage the customer data and items master data

- Coordinate client and consumer inquiries (products, prices, availability, delivery dates, etc.)

- Handle consumer claims

- Supervise and oversee our logistic center (public warehouses)

- Interact with the HQ based in France

- Participate in client and consumer shows. Occasional travel will be required

- Perform general and administrative activities

- Collect past due invoices

 

Profil recherché

- Administrative educational background with relevant work experience

- Language Skills: French is a plus

- Good Skills with MS Office

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in a team

- Well organized and client oriented
